Ailish is a compliance professional with over 20 years’ experience in compliance and risk roles. With expertise in compliance, risk management and ESG, Ailish’ s professional experience spans private equity, investment firms and fund managers, including AIFM and UCITS. Formerly a consultant for PwC in Ireland, her focus has been ensuring that risk, compliance and ESG program support and further the strategic goals of her clients. Ailish worked for private equity firm Lapithus, prior to which she managed the establishment of the compliance program for start-up firm Dilosk. She held senior compliance roles in FIL International Ireland (part of the Fidelity group), Dexia Bank in Ireland and Pioneer Alternative Investments. Ailish has a law degree, is an experienced consultant with Prince II project management certification and is an ACAMS certified AML specialist.
